The location of the hotel made it easy to

explore San Miguel, with beautiful spots just a short walk away. The rooms were nicely decorated, although the breakfast could have had more variety. One memorable moment was when the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert on our last night.

Missing natural light in rooms!!! The cold swimming pool was unusable!!! A city tour arranged by the hotel was poorly communicated, resulting in an unnecessarily long trek with children!!!

I had an exceptional stay with amazing staff and delightful meals. My Junior Suite was spacious, elegantly designed, and conveniently located near all attractions. The Michelin-starred restaurant offered some of the best dishes I've had. Plus, the service was thoughtful, arranging ideas that made my experience unforgettable.

The amazing staff and the vibrant atmosphere added to the enjoyable experience, while the freshly prepared eggs at breakfast were a delightful highlight. However, the lack of privacy in room C8 due to its location was unsettling, and excessive noise from fireworks during the stay greatly impacted the peace. Additionally, the room's design favored aesthetics over functionality, from confusing lighting controls to limited storage options, making it feel less accommodating overall.

We had an unforgettable dinner at Moxi, where the apple tart was something out of this world, topped with this unbelievable lavender ice cream! The staff were always around anticipating our needs, making it feel like we were the only guests in the whole place.

It wasn't inexpensive, but definitely worth every penny.

Our Junior Suite was a work of art, keeping our spirits high with its stunning design. The front desk service was on point, making every request feel like a royal decree.

We did have a hiccup with the city tour clarity. What was supposed to be an hour jaunt turned into a two-and-a-half-hour trek, leaving us pondering our next steps with a kid in tow.
